Today is Tuesday May 5th, my first blog entry. Help... I'm not a writer- but I'm concurring my fear head on. Just as Bethany Frankel would do, she's my new favorite entreprenuer. You go girl! or should I say you go "Skinnygirl."
Who we are Truly Wize Gluten Free Bakery specializes in high quality gluten free, gluten casein free & allergy friendly baked goods which offer a healthier alternative to those whose dietary requirements restrict them from indulging in conventional fare.
Our mission is to provide delicious, healthy, premium quality, gluten free and allergy friendly cookies,cakes,brownies and other confections made without the use of wheat, gluten, dairy, butter, soy, peanuts, artifical colors & flavors. We use the finest selection of premium organic and natural ingredients selected from certified organic growers who are committed to the highest environmental standards. Everything in our bakery is made fresh from scratch in a dedicated gluten free facility and baked to order, for guaranteed freshness.
Today we will be perfecting our fabulous gluten & casein free pepperoni rolls, gluten & casein pizza crusts and gluten free jumbo double chocolate cookies. Which we will have available fresh at the farmer's markets. If you can't make the farmer's markets you can visit Sunny Bridge Natural Market, Soergel's in Wexford, both Raisin Racks in Ohio, Whole Foods Markets, Dean & Deluca Stores.
